Mobiliexpert.com, who we are ?
Mobiliexpert.com is a 100% Canadian company. We are an established retailer and wholesaler of top tier quality brands and products. We distribute thousands of quality products at competitive pricing, in all Canada provinces from coast to coast. We ship from different locations in Canada. Our company, retail store and show room are based in the Grand Montreal Area. We built a successful company with an enviable reputation, because of our long experience in business and our outstanding customer services philosophy : We’re always listening, we are selective and we protect our customers. We are listening continuously to our customers demands and We are always working hard every day on developing a dynamic and quality offer.
Order status
What is the status of my order?
After placing an order or later on, by logging in to your account, you can view its status by simply clicking on the "Track your order" option in the "customer service" section at the bottom of each page; or by entering to your account, by clicking on "My account" link at the top of each page. From there, you will be able to view all information on your order.
My status stills shows "Processing" - What does this mean?
A "processing" status means that your order has been received and we are in the process of gathering all the requested items in order to ship them out to you. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to track your order once it has been shipped.
Payment Information
Is it safe to use my credit card and/or debit card on your site?
Mobiliexpert.com guarantees a completely secure shopping experience. Mobiliexpert.com is a "SSL Secured" site, meaning that all your information are encrypted using SSL technology. Mobiliexpert.com uses Paypal payment system, the most secure, most reputable and most trustable payment system in the world.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Mobiliexpert.com currently accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. All credit cards data are secured and processed by Paypal. You don’t need any Paypal account to proceed your payment.
Why am I charged tax on my order ?
In accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, we are required to charge GST/HST and provincial sales tax. Mobiliexpert.com does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction. As a general rule, the applicable sales tax is determined by the province of delivery. Provincial sales tax will be calculated on taxable merchandise and services. The taxes are applicable to taxable merchandise and services delivered in Canada. The appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed at the checkout section of the site.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you live in a community where delivery is restricted, the courier company may leave the package at your local mailing facility.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Simply click on the link and it will take you to the Shipping company website where the order can be tracked. You can also track your order by clicking on the "Track your order" link at the bottom of every page on the website. If you have an account, you can also track your order by clicking the "My account" link at the top of every page and accessing to "My Dashboard".
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Shipping time depends on availability in stock and chosen shipping option. For regular parcels, please allow 7-10 business days on average, but it can be more or less than the average. Select products will be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer.
** Please allow additional time for shipments to Territories and more remote locations and for Backordered items.
I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
Once the system has accepted an order we cannot alter it. We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped out and you will have to place a new order with the correct address. If you order has shipped out, Address correction that are able to be made after your order ships may result in an additional fee and will vary by supplier.
What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
The shipping charge(s) will be applied at checkout.

Do you do backorders?
We do backorders. If an item is out of stock the Mobiliexpert.com Customer Service Team will notify you.
My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:
- Visit the website and click on "My Account"
- Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
- Once logged in, click on "Account information" on the left side menu of your Dashboard.
- Type your new e-mail address.
- Verify your "Current password" at the bottom.
- Click "Save"
- Your e-mail will be updated.
How do I change my account password?
You are welcome to change your password by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:
- Visit the website and click on "My Account"
- Log in to your account by typing your e-mail address and current password.
- Once logged in, click on Account information” on the left side menu of your Dashboard.
- Type your new password.
- Click "Save"
- Your password will be updated.
